Hard Hats & Heels is a signature fundraising and outreach event that honors and celebrates women in construction. Held during Women in Construction (WIC) Week, this inspiring evening brings together industry professionals, community advocates, and students to spotlight the achievements of women in the field. The event also raises vital funds to support scholarships, educational programs, and workforce development initiatives. There will be a silent auction held during the event, a Wine & Whiskey pull, and dinner & dancing.
