About NAWIC Montana

Since our founding on November 17, 2020, NAWIC Montana has grown from 25 to over 50 members statewide, united in our mission to empower women in construction through connection, education, visibility, and advancement.​ 

 

Our members span diverse roles—from project management and fabrication to HR, estimating, and training and development.

We host monthly meetings across Montana and online, offering networking, education, and collaboration to help members grow professionally and build meaningful industry relationships.
